Up 5 from my binge yesterday and the laxies havent done much unfortunatly. i also bought a new digital scale that im thrilled about. no more guesstimating. but im still pissed. fat fat fat... i wish i had the willpower to just not eat ever.... then this fat would come off... then ana would be proud. well we start again. i went out yesterday and bought a bunch of fruit and stuff thats way low cal to have aat work and i wont eat past 6 anymore. and im going to start running at night again. hopefully i can get the weight off soon...
